Go through the archway from the parking area and you’ll find Butterpot Cottage on your left. The self-contained open plan accommodation sleeps 4 guests – 2 in the first floor bedroom and 2 on a high quality sofa bed in the lounge area on the ground floor.

Downstairs it's all open plan, stylish and cosy with Indian sandstone flooring throughout, and beneath it there's underfloor heating to ensure you're lovely and warm in the colder months. In the lounge area there's an L-shaped sofa that converts to a comfortable bed in two shakes of a lamb's tail, a TV with full SKY package, a contemporary style wood-burner (logs supplied) and French doors that open onto a fenced-in patio where there’s a barbecue (gas supplied) with an outdoor sink and preparation area, garden furniture and a quirky wood fired hot tub; climb in, sit back in the bubbles and enjoy the outlook over the field and orchard – absolute bliss! Stroll around the orchard whenever you want to, have a picnic out there, and in the autumn help yourself to apples and take them back to Butterpot Cottage to make a crumble.

Beyond the lounge is the kitchen, well equipped, country modern, with all you need for a happy stay. A spiral staircase leads up to the double bedroom and to spacious bathroom that has a commodious double shower and a roll top bath.
