We've currently got the lads in working hard on Church View, and they're making very good progress. The end result will be an amazing holiday house that can sleep 12 guests, plus there will be room for an extra 3 people, at an additional charge per person.
The porch leads into the hallway where to the left is a commodious lounge; plenty of big fat sofas, an easy-to-use wood burner (logs supplied), a whopper of a TV, and French doors that lead out to the garden. Perfect for putting your feet up, watching a movie, cheering on your favourite team.
Straight ahead off the hall there will be an awesome spa hall with a swimming pool, sunken hot tub, sauna, showers and wc; huge sliding doors will open out onto the garden at the back of the house, so when it's hot and sunny you can give it something of an 'open air' feel, with the added bonus of far reaching views over the fields. Round to the right of the hallway there's a reading room, nice and snug with a wood-burning stove, for those of you who aren't so keen on the telly. Next to this is a great big kitchen - a very sociable space with a central island and stools so whoever's cooking needn't be left out of the fun; put some music on, pour some drinks, and chat whilst you cook. You shouldn't want for anything with this kitchen - there'll be a larder style fridge-freezer with an in-built ice machine, a 4 oven electric range, 2 electric inset hobs, a further fridge and freezer, and 2 dishwashers. Off the kitchen is a small utility space with a washer and dryer, and next to this is a wc.
Upstairs is a galleried landing and 5 bedrooms; Bedrooms 1and 2 have en suite shower rooms, and can have superking or twin beds, it's entrely up to you - just let us know after you've made your booking and leave it to us.
Along the landing is Bedroom 5 a humongous bedroom with an en suite bathroom with a free standing bath and double shower. This room makes a brilliant room for a family or as a sort of dormitory for older children, as beds can be arranged as 4 singles, a superking and two singles, or two superkings. Bedroom 3 sleeps a total of 4 guests, with in 2 super king beds, or 4 single, or how you personally choose. Bedroom 4, is small but adiquate, sleeping 2.
Outside there are lawns each side of the house, and at the back is a patio with garden furniture, bbq (gas supplied To the front of Church View is the central courtyard with planters, pathways, outdoor table tennis and seating.
